Conveying System

Features

    For the container and carton, if the light material is less than 50kg, the conveying systemis generally called the box-type conveying line. Box-type conveying line generally arranges various types of conveying equipment according to the logistics process flow. Commonly used equipment is roughly divided into four categories: plane conveying series, vertical conveying series, sorting series, special series, etc.

    Plane conveying series: drum conveyor, belt conveyor, ramp belt conveyor, curve drum conveyor, curve belt conveyor, etc.

    Sorting series: narrow band transfer, chain jacking transfer, inclined wheel jacking sorter, balance wheel sorter.

    Special series: automatic forming machine, automatic labeling machine, destacking and stacking workstation, etc. Meanwhile, according to the different needs of different customers to develop a variety of special plane equipment.

    In addition to conveying equipment, it is usually equipped with auxiliary mechanism to adjust the material attitude according to the process requirements, such as cylinder stop, centering mechanism, reversing mechanism and other accessories.
